Description
Garlic puree is dried crushed garlic, the taste but not the texture of which remains.
The powder is white-cream in color and has a strong, penetrating, slightly sweet scent. It dissolves reasonably well in liquids.
Garlic powder is somewhat milder in taste than fresh garlic but very concentrated, so use it sparingly.
The powder attracts moisture easily, so keep garlic powder in a dry place.
In addition to human consumption, garlic powder is also widely used in ornamental birds and carrier pigeons.

Birds and carrier pigeons: 1 teaspoon per kg of feed or drinking water.
